摘要 在镍基高温合金Inconel 718的铣削过程中,切削参数对铣削过程中切削力、切削温度和切屑形态等影响显著.为了提高工件加工表面质量和加工效率,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立镍基高温合金Inconel 718三维铣削模型,进行Inconel 718镍基高温合金连续铣削仿真分析,重点研究了不同切削条件下切削温度、切削力和切屑形态变化规律.仿真结果表明:铣削温度总是随着主轴转速、每齿进给量和切削深度的增加而增加.切削力会随着主轴转速的增加呈现先增大然后逐渐变小的趋势.切削力随切削深度和每齿进给量的增加呈比例增加.主轴转速与进给速度及切削深度相比,主轴转速对锯齿形切屑形成的影响更为显著. In the milling process of the nickel-based superalloy Inconel 718,the cutting parameters have a significant influence on the cutting force,cutting temperature and chip shape during the milling process.In order to improve the surface quality and processing efficiency of the workpiece,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish a nickel-based superalloy Inconel 718 three-dimensional milling model,and the Inconel 718 nickel-based superalloy continuous milling simulation analysis was carried out.The cutting temperature,cutting force and law of chip shape change under different cutting conditions were studied.The simulation results show that the milling temperature always increases with the increase of spindle speed,feed per tooth and depth of cut.The cutting force increases as the spindle speed increases,and then gradually decreases.The cutting force increases proportionally with the increase in depth of cut and feed.Compared with the feed speed,the spindle speed has a more significant influence on the formation of sawtooth chips.
