摘要 采用层流型恒界面池研究了(2-乙基已基胺基)甲基膦酸单-2-乙基已基酯(HEHAMP)从HCl介质中萃取镱的动力学。考察了搅拌速率、温度、界面积、水相酸度、萃取剂浓度、氯离子浓度等对萃取速率的影响。结果表明,该体系的萃取反应属扩散控制过程,速率控制步骤的化学反应同时发生在界面和体相。pH值、氯离子浓度、 HEHAMP浓度与萃取速率呈线性关系,表明了金属离子萃取过程为假一级可逆反应,并确定了反应速率方程,界面张力研究表明萃取过程生成了界面活性更高的金属络合物。 The extraction kinetics of Yb(Ⅲ) from chloride media by 2-ethylhexylamino methyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester(HEHAMP) was studied using a constant interfacial area cell with laminar flow. The effects of stirring speed, interfacial area, pH, temperature, extractant concentration and chloride ion concentration on the extraction rate were examined. The extraction regime is diffusion controlled. The extraction reaction occurring at the interface and the bulk phase simultaneously would be the rate-determining step. The extracted complexes might have higher interfacial activity and tend to adsorb at the interface.
