小城镇的特色化发展路径研究--基于苏州66个被撤并镇整治中特色创新项目评估的探讨

Research on the Characteristic Development Path of Small Towns--Discussion on Evaluation of Characteristic Innovation Projects in the Renovation of 66 Merged Towns in Suzhou

我国小城镇在快速发展中存在个性特色缺失、创新实践不足的共性问题,"撤并镇"作为小城镇中的"夹心层",其特色创新实践对小城镇的特色化发展有重要意义。本文从苏州66个被撤并镇入手,通过对三年整治行动中特色创新实践的分类总结,分析其重点领域发展的经验成效及存在的问题,据此提出关于小城镇特色提炼的四个建议,分别是深化定位加大投入、遵循特色创新规律、强化本土支撑力量、提升自我创新能力。

There are some common problems in the rapid development of small towns in China,such as the lack of individual characteristics and innovative practice.As the“sandwich layer”in small towns,the characteristic innovation practice of the merged towns has great significance to the characteristic development of small towns.This paper starts with 66 merged towns in Suzhou,and summarizes the characteristic innovation projects in three years renovation work,and analyzes the experience and problems in key areas.On this basis,the paper puts forward four suggestions for refining the characteristics of small towns,including deepening orientation and increasing investment,following the law of characteristic innovation,strengthening local support,and improving self innovation ability.
