摘要
BIM技术的出现为建筑行业发展带来了巨大变革,市场上出现了较大的专业人才缺口。重庆人文科技学院于2020年6月启动BIM实训室建设项目,于同年9月竣工并正式投入使用。经过短暂数月已在学术交流、科研、参赛获奖等方面积攒下累累硕果。作为新技术的载体,实训室的设计风格需要吻合未来感,同时保持理性主义功能至上的特点。项目以"星舰舰桥"作为设计主题,隐喻建筑学院的学生将在新时代乘上BIM这艘技术的大船,乘风破浪、航向未来。
The emergence of BIM technology has brought tremendous changes to the development of the construction industry,and there is also a large gap in the market for talents who master BIM technology.Chongqing Institute of Humanities,Science&Technology launched the BIM training room construction project in June 2020 in order to provide relevant talents to the society.The training room was completed in the September of the same year and was officially put into use.After only a few months,it has accumulated a lot of achievements in academic exchanges,scientific research,and competition awards.As a carrier of new technology,the design style of the training room needs to be in line with the sense of the future,but at the same time maintains the characteristics of the supremacy of architectural rationalism.The designer takes“Starship Bridge”as the design theme of the project,and metaphors that the students of the School of Architecture will take the big ship of BIM technology in the new era,ride the wind and waves,and head to the future.
