基于城市土地愈发紧张的背景和高校老校区再利用的实际情况,本文主要从城市尺度对功能置换型高校老校区的防灾避难属性进行研究探讨,并对该类校区进行总结分类,从可行性和城市意义层面进行探讨分析,结合实际校区案例,提出相关优化建议。

Based on the background of the increasingly tense urban land and the actual situation of the reuse of the old campus of colleges and universities,this paper mainly studies and discusses the disaster prevention and refuge attributes of the old campus of functional replacement colleges and universities from the urban scale,summarizes and classifies these types of campuses,discusses and analyzes the feasibility and urban significance,and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions combined with the actual campus cases.
