People have higher and higher requirements for housing due to the improvement of living standards,and housing architectural design has become a major factor affecting the development of the building industry,among which the basic design in the structural design of housing plays a crucial role in the safety and stability of housing construction.The design of the building structure is complex,requires more materials and has a long construction period.The quality of the design will have a huge impact on the construction period and building materials costs of the whole project.In addition,the design is more complex,thus having higher technical requirements.Advanced technology can bring a greater benefit for construction enterprise,so its design plan should keep pace with the Times,and meet the demand of the development of era.This paper introduces briefly the basic design in the structure design of civil buildings,mainly discusses the factors affecting the building foundation design,and provides the corresponding solution suggestions.
