探索我校“就业指导”课程思政设计--以安徽财经大学为例

Exploration on the Course-based Ideological and Political Design of“Employment Guidance”:Taking Anhui University of Finance and Economics as an Example

"就业指导"是安徽财经大学开设的一门通识必修课程,旨在围绕学校"新经管"工程建设,结合"高层次应用型人才"培养目标,坚持立德树人、以生为本理念,以提高学生就业质量为导向,通过引导学生树立正确的职业观和就业观,培养学生的就业能力和创新创业意识,帮助学生实现更高质量的就业。该文探索了如何在授课过程中设计不同教学章节的内容,避免生硬刻意的说教,运用不同教学方法全方位整合教育教学资源,充分发挥思政教育的功能,将思政点与"就业指导"课程的知识点完美结合,潜移默化地进行思想引领,实现课程教学与思想政治教育的高度统一,达到全面育人、全方位育人的目的。

"Employment Guidance"is a compulsory course for general education offered by the writer’s school.Focusing on the construction of the"new economic management"project of the school,combined with the training goal of"high-level applied talents",based on the concept of"enhancing morality and fostering talents"and"student-orientation",and the orientation of improving the quality of students’employment,this paper aims to improve students’employability and awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and help students realize full and quality employment,by guiding them to establish a correct outlook on career and employment.This paper also explores how to give full play to the function of ideological and political education,perfectly combine ideological and political points with the knowledge points of the"Employment Guidance"course,subtly carry out ideological guidance,realize the high degree of unity of course teaching and ideological and political education,thus achieving the goal of comprehensive education and guidance,by designing the contents of different chapters,avoiding rigid and deliberate preaching instruction,and comprehensively optimizing education and teaching resources through different teaching methods.
