摘要 目的:探讨翻转课堂+情境教学法在皮肤科教学中的应用。方法:选取2018年8月—2020年7月西安交通大学第二附属医院皮肤科的92个实习生,将其随机分为两组(对照组和研究组),每组各46人。对照组使用常规教学法,研究组使用翻转课堂+情境教学法。结果:研究组教学环境评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组实际操作能力、理论知识、临床技能分数均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组教学反馈优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在皮肤科教学中应用翻转课堂+情境教学法效果较好,可以提高学生的学习满意度及对知识的掌握程度,从而提高教学质量。 Objective:To explore the role of flipped classroom combined with situational teaching in dermatology teaching.Methods:From August 2018 to July 2020,92 interns in the dermatology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups(control group and research group),each with 46 cases.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the research group used flipped classroom combined with situational teaching.Results:The scores of the teaching environment of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of practical operation ability,theoretical knowledge,and clinical skills of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the excellent feedback rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In dermatology teaching,the combined application of flipped classroom and situational teaching has an ideal effect,which can improve students’satisfaction and knowledge mastery,thereby improving the quality of teaching.
