“一带一路”背景下铁路高职院校专利现状分析及对策研究

Analysis on the Status Quo of Patents in Railway Higher Vocational Colleges and Countermeasure Research under the Background of the“Belt One Road”

通过数据分析发现,国内十九所铁路高职院校申报专利存在总体数量较少、学校间数量差异较大、有专利的教师数量少、校企合作专利少、有专利的学生数量少以及国际专利极少等问题。研究提出通过制定激励措施、加强单位合作、重视专利教育以及拓宽国际视野等举措,提升学校师生专利申报能力等,可为其他高职院校改善专利现状提供借鉴和参考。

Through data analysis,it is found that the total number of patents filed by 19 domestic railway higher vocational colleges is small;the difference in the number of patents among different schools is obvious;the number of teachers with patents is small;the number of patents based on school-enterprise cooperation is small;the number of students with patents is small;and international patents are rare.The study proposes to improve the ability of teachers and students to declare patents by formulating incentive measures,strengthening unit cooperation,attaching importance to patent education,and broadening international horizons,with a view to providing reference for other higher vocational colleges to improve the status of patents.
