基于PDCA循环法的高职院校医护类专业学生实习管理体系探索--以阜阳职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Practice Management System of Medical Students in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on PDCA Cycle:Taking Fuyang Vocational and Technical College as an Example

高职院校医护类专业学生实习管理对于保证学生临床实习质量至关重要。该文以PDCA循环为研究的出发点,分析目前高职院校医护类专业学生实习管理现状与存在的问题,针对实习管理存在的问题进行原因分析,找出问题产生的主要原因,根据原因制订高职院校医护类专业学生实习管理实施计划并执行,然后通过实习回访、座谈、巡查等手段进行实施效果检查,检查结束后对实施效果进行总结分析,最终制定标准化的高职院校医护类专业学生实习管理体系,为高职院校医护类专业学生实习管理提供方法与理论依据。

The practice management of medical and nursing students in higher vocational colleges is very important to ensure the quality of students’clinical practice.Based on PDCA cycle as the starting point for research,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the practice management of medical and nursing majors in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the main causes of the problems,and formulates and implements the plan for the practice management of medical and nursing majors in higher vocational colleges.After the implementation of the plan,the effect is checked by means of returning visits,panel discussions,and inspections,then the implementation effect is summarized and analyzed.Finally,a standardized system for the practice management of medical and nursing majors in higher vocational colleges is formulated,in order to provide a method and theoretical basis for the practice management of medical and nursing majors in higher vocational colleges.
