自拟方莲柏洁身液治疗需氧菌性阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of Lianbai body cleanser with self-made prescription in the treatment of aerobic vaginitis

目的观察自拟方莲柏洁身液治疗需氧菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法前瞻性研究,选取2019年1月至2020年6月中山市中医院妇产科80例需氧菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例,对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟方莲柏洁身液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、阴道乳酸杆菌正常率、菌群多样性正常率及阴道微生态正常率,对比治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后各项中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后阴道乳酸杆菌正常率、菌群多样性正常率及阴道微生态正常率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟方莲柏洁身液治疗需氧菌性阴道炎,在改善患者中医证候及阴道微生态环境方面作用显著,可以推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lianbai body cleanser with self-made prescription in the treatment of aerobic vaginitis.Methods In a prospective research,a total of 80 patients with aerobic vaginitis admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the prospective research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The patients of the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while those of the observation group were treated with Lianbai body cleanser with self-made prescription on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,vaginal lactobacillus normal rate,flora diversity normal rate and vaginal microecology normal rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.And the therapeutic efficacy was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in patients of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the normal rates of vaginal lactobacillus,flora diversity and vaginal microecology in patients of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Lianbai body cleanser with self-made prescription is effective in improving TCM syndromes and vaginal microecological environment of patients with aerobic vaginitis,and it can be promoted.
