摘要
通过特高压直流输电将能源基地的大规模电能送往负荷中心是我国电网的一种常态化运行方式。直流计划与送受端发电计划分阶段协调模式及直流输电限额可能受制于受端电网运行方式使得安全约束机组组合问题难以获得全局最优解。该文将开机台数、开机容量、备用容量等电网方式信息对直流限额的影响纳入机组组合模型,提出了计及直流限额动态调整的送受端一体化日前调度计划优化模型。针对模型中约束边界条件随决策变量动态变化的问题,通过引入0-1指示变量,将复杂逻辑约束转变成混合整数规划问题,确保了模型的有效求解。将所提模型应用于新英格兰10机39节点标准算例和我国某省级电网,验证了所提模型的正确性和有效性。
A normal operation mode of China's power grid is to transmit large-scale power from energy base to load center through UHVDC transmission.It was difficult to obtain the global optimal solution for the security constrained unit commitment problem due to the stage coordination mode between the HVDC plan and the generation plan at the sending and receiving terminals,and the HVDC transmission quota may be subject to the operation mode of the receiving power grid.The influence of power grid information such as the number of starting machines,start-up capacity and reserve capacity on the DC limit was incorporated into the unit commitment model,and an optimization model for the integrated day ahead dispatching plan considering the dynamic adjustment of DC limits was proposed.In order to meet the requirements of solving the model,a hybrid integer programming model solution algorithm with the coupling of decision variables was proposed.The proposed model was applied to the New England standard calculation example(10 units and 39 nodes)and a provincial power grid in China to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
