Research on Construction of Tourism Management Excellent Talents Training System in the Big Data Era

大数据技术的发展使人才培养模式发生变革,卓越人才培养有了新标准新方向,对卓越人才有新要求。文章基于国内旅游管理类人才培养现有问题,提出大数据时代旅游管理类卓越人才培养模式方案,即以OBE理念、UNWTO专业认证等培养理念为指导,以三项建设为支撑,以现代科技手段为支持,构筑“素质—知识—实践”于一体的课程体系,旨在为培养旅游管理类拔尖人才提供参考。

Big data technology makes the talent training mode change,the training of excellent talents has new standards and new directions,which puts forward new requirements for excellent talents.Based on the existing problems in domestic tourism management talents training,this paper presents the training mode chart of tourism management talents in the era of big data,that is,under the guidance of OBE concept,UNWTO professional certification and other training concepts,with the support of three constructions and modern scientific and technological means,to build a curriculum system of“quality-knowledge-practice”,hoping to provide references for the cultivation of top-notch tourism management talents.
