Research on Social Security Teaching in MPA Education

基于各高校公开发布的MPA教育培养计划的最新数据,详细分析MPA教育中的社会保障教学现状。主要结论认为,当前MPA教育中社会保障教学存在着实践性不足、教学体系不完善、社会保障教学在MPA教育中应发挥怎样作用等若干需要探讨的问题。为使MPA教育中的社会保障教学体系更加完善,培养出综合型、高质量的公共管理人才,需要逐步完善课程体系设置、改变教学方式、强化自身特色。

Based on the latest data of MPA education and training plan published by colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of social security teaching in MPA education in detail.The main results show that there are some problems in MPA education,such as the lack of practice,the imperfected teaching system,and the role of social security teaching in MPA education.In order to improve the social security teaching system in MPA education and cultivate comprehensive and high-quality public management talents,it is necessary to gradually improve the curriculum system setting,reform teaching methods and strengthen its own characteristics.
