摘要
角膜基质层损伤后形成瘢痕,角膜混浊,视力下降。当前角膜基质层瘢痕所致角膜盲的治疗方法有限(角膜移植或人工角膜),治疗效果远未达到理想状态。随着对角膜干细胞的发现和探索不断深入,学者们逐渐认识到该细胞在角膜组织工程、再生医学和细胞治疗方面有很大优势,并且将来有希望应用于临床。本文就角膜基质干细胞的发现、来源、组织定位、生物学特性、在角膜基质再生中的作用等进行综述。
Corneal stroma injury results in scar formation, corneal opacity and decreased visual acuity. Currently, the treatment of corneal blindness caused by corneal stromal scar is limited(corneal transplantation or keratoprosthesis) and suboptimal. With the discovery and exploration of corneal stem cells(CSCs), researchers have gradually realized that CSCs have great advantages in corneal tissue engineering, regenerative medicine and cell therapy, and CSCs are potentially promising in clinical in the future. In this paper, the discovery, origin, localization, biological characteristics and role in corneal stromal regeneration are reviewed.
