随着影像技术的发展,冠状动脉起源异常疾病被越来越多诊断出来。本研究回顾了冠状动脉起源异常疾病的分类、治疗及预后,详细阐述了不同影像诊断方法及其优缺点,指出应加强对冠状动脉起源异常疾病的重视,综合运用不同诊断方法,避免漏诊。

With the development of imaging technology, the anomalous origin of the coronary artery disease has been more and more diagnosed. This article reviews the classification, treatment and prognosis of coronary artery origin abnormal diseases, elaborates the different imaging diagnostic methods and their advantages and disadvantages, and points out that we should strengthen the attention to coronary artery origin abnormal diseases, and different diagnostic methods should be used comprehensively to avoid missed diagnosis.
