V_(2)O_(3)稳定性研究与价态分析

摘要 分别在空气和氮气气氛下烘干三氧化二钒样品,检测了全钒含量,确定了影响全钒含量变化的主要因素,并提出了控制产品稳定的存储措施。同时,基于不同价态钒氧化物溶酸碱性的不同,分离出了不同价态钒的氧化物,并采用氧化还原滴定法测定了不同价态钒的含量,分析了钒的价态变化规律。结果表明,三氧化二钒易发生吸水和氧化增氧反应,导致低价钒被氧化为高价钒,稳定性较差,尤其是潮湿环境的影响显著;三氧化二钒产品主要为三价钒的氧化物,还含有四价和五价钒的氧化物,这是生产时还原不完全或存储时氧化的结果。本研究可为生产和应用提供依据。 The vanadium trioxide samples were dried in air and nitrogen atmosphere respectively,the total vanadium content was detected,the main factors affecting the change of total vanadium content were determined,and the storage measures to control the stability of products were put forward.At the same time,based on the difference of acid solubility and alkalinity of vanadium oxides with different valence states,vanadium oxides with different valence states were separated,and the content of vanadium with different valence states was determined by oxidation-reduction titration,and the valence change law of vanadium was analyzed.The results show that vanadium trioxide is easy to absorb water and oxidize.As a result,low valence vanadium is oxidized to high valence vanadium with poor stability,especially in humid environment.Vanadium trioxide products consist largely of trivalent vanadium oxides,but also contain tetravalent and pentavalent vanadium oxides,which is the result of incomplete reduction during production or oxidation during storage.The study can provide basis for production and application.
