ICP-AES内标法测定钒铁冶炼炉渣的主要成分 被引量:1

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定钒铁冶炼炉渣中六种主要成分含量的方法,对试样处理方法、元素分析谱线的选择进行了研究,确定了最佳熔样方法和分析谱线,通过基体匹配、内标校正、标准溶液校准等手段,保证了检测结果的精确度。方法检出限为0.008~0.088μg/mL,加标回收率为94%~106%;测定成分含量>1.00%时,RSD<0.82%,含量为0.10%~1.00%时,RSD<1.30%。该方法准确可靠,可用于钒铁冶炼炉渣中主要成分含量的日常测定。 A method for the determination of six main components in ferrovanadium smelting slag by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established.The sample treatment method and the selection of element analysis spectral line were studied,and the best fusion method and analysis spectral line were determined.Through matrix matching,internal standard correction,standard solution calibration and other means,the accuracy of test result is ensured.The method detection limit was 0.008~0.088μg/mL,the recovery was 94%~106%;the RSD is less than 0.82%when the content of components is more than 1.00%,and less than 1.30%when the content is 0.10%~1.00%.The method is accurate and reliable,and can be used for the daily determination of the main components in ferrovanadium smelting slag.
