河钢唐钢新区绿色节能高效型360 m^(2)烧结机的设计 被引量:7

摘要 为充分贯彻国家污染物超低排放、低碳冶炼、节约能源等有关规定,符合国家安全一级企业整体要求,河钢唐钢新区烧结系统配置的2台360 m^(2)烧结机系统强化环境保护,注重“三废”治理和综合利用。通过烧结烟气循环、环冷机高效水密封、厚料层烧结、活性焦和循环流化床+SCR脱硝烟气净化治理等多项技术的合理应用,整体能耗较传统工艺降低45%,烟气排放量降低25%,实现了烧结高效清洁生产。烧结系统总图布置合理、紧凑,装备稳定可靠,工艺成熟,整体工艺装备水平与技术经济指标均能达到行业先进水平,实现生产过程全流程的数字化、集成化、智能化和可视化。 In order to fully implement the national regulations on ultra-low emission of pollutants,low-carbon smelting,energy saving,etc.,and meet the overall requirements of national security first-class enterprises,the two 360 m^(2) sintering of HBIS Tangsteel New District strength the environmental protection,and pay attention to the treatment and comprehensive utilization of"three wastes".Through the reasonable application of sintering flue gas circulation,high efficiency water seal of circular cooler,thick bed sintering,active coke and flue gas purification treatment of circulating fluidized bed+SCR denitrification,the overall energy consumption is reduced by 45%and flue gas emission is reduced by 25%compared with the traditional process,and the efficient and clean production of sintering is realized.The overall layout of sintering system is reasonable and compact,the equipment is stable and reliable,the process is mature,the overall level of process equipment and technical and economic indicators can reach the advanced level of the industry,and the whole production process can be digitized,integrated,intelligent and visualized.
