摘要 介绍了3D虚拟孪生可视化系统在河钢承钢钒钛高强冷板连续酸洗与热基镀锌生产线的应用情况。利用3D仿真技术建立了连续酸洗和热基镀锌虚拟生产线,并通过实时生产数据驱动3D虚拟生产线与实际生产线同步,建立产线的3D虚拟孪生系统,实现对生产过程的全方位实时智能监控,并用于生产人员的技能培训。该系统的实施提高了产线的生产监控效率,促进了新生产线标准操作体系的建立。 This paper introduces the application of 3D virtual twin visualization technology in continuous pickling and hot base galvanizing production line of vanadium titanium high strength cold plate rolled in HBIS Chengsteel.With 3D simulation technology,the virtual production line of continuous pickling line and hot base galvanizing line is established.And the 3D virtual production line is driven to synchronize with the actual production line through the real-time production data so as to establish the 3D virtual twin system of the production line,which realizes the all-round real-time and intelligent monitoring of the production process,and can be used for the skill training.The implementation of the system improves the production monitoring efficiency of the production line and promotes the establishment of the standard operating system of the new production line.
