摘要
根据PDO中的相关数据分析了铸坯鼓肚补偿系统对液位波动的影响,发现略超出常规频率范围外的液面周期波动会造成补偿系统完全失效;液位波动过大及拉速波动极易引起鼓肚补偿系统间歇性工作,而补偿系统间歇性工作是液面波动产生后无法得到有效控制的重要原因。通过优化鼓肚补偿系统参数,稳定连铸工艺,包晶钢的液位波动得到有效降低。
The influence of slab bulge compensation system on liquid level fluctuation is analyzed by the relevant date in PDO.It is pointed out that the periodic fluctuation of liquid level beyond the normal frequency range will result in the failure of the compensation system;large fluctuation of liquid level and casting speed is easy to cause intermittent operation of compensation system,while the intermittent operation of the compensation system is an important reason that the liquid level fluctuation cannot be effectively controlled.By optimizing the system parameters and stabilizing the continuous casting process,the liquid level fluctuation of peristaltic steel can be reduced.
