摘要
针对河钢宣钢回转窑结圈的难题,采用XRD对结圈物进行了定性分析,结果表明回转窑中球团含粉量大,高温焙烧导致粉末之间产生固相反应是产生结圈的主要原因;球团中SiO_(2)、CaO含量高,易生成低熔点的铁橄榄石、钙铁橄榄石液相是产生结圈的诱因。通过调整配矿结构,降低脉石含量;完善工艺设施,防止粉末进入回转窑;规范工艺操作,稳定热工制度,彻底解决了回转窑结圈的难题,稳定了链篦机-回转窑的生产。
Aiming at the ring of rotary kiln in HBIS Xuansteel,qualitatively analyze of the ring was carried out through XRD.The results showed that the main reason for ring was that the pellet contained a large amount of powder in rotary kiln,and the solid-state reaction between the powders caused by high-temperature roasting.The liquid phase of forsterite and calc forsterite was the inducement of ring,for the high content of SiO_(2) and CaO in the pellet.The ring formation in the rotary kiln has been completely solved,through measures of adjusting the blending structure,reducing gangue content,improving the process facilities to prevent the powder from entering the rotary kiln,standardizing the process operation and stabilizing the thermal system.And the production of grate rotary kiln has been stabilized.
