薄壁纸筒的力学性能之单轴压缩试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 纸质材料作为新型环保建筑材料,在临时建筑等中小型建筑结构以及建筑施工中已逐步开展应用,其在环保性、经济性、拆装便捷性等方面具有突出优势。其中最为常见的结构型式纸筒建筑在日本已有不少,为灾后救援和难民安置等工作发挥重要作用,具有较为广阔的应用前景。对于纸质临建结构的基础材料薄壁纸筒(纸管),其基本的压缩、拉伸、弯曲、剪切等力学性能对于建筑结构的设计安全和使用安全尤为重要。然而,如何准确、有效地获得纸筒材料的各项力学性能指标,目前没有较为标准、科学的试验方法。借鉴岩石、混凝土等建筑材料的试验方法,采用试验机和应变测量方式对薄壁纸筒材料进行单轴压缩及变形测试,有效获得薄壁纸筒的单轴压缩强度和弹性模量指标,同时也对纸筒在单轴压缩条件下的变形破坏特性进行简要分析,可为后续薄壁纸筒建筑的结构设计和使用等提供准确、合理的参数依据。 As a new type of environmentally friendly building materials,paper materials have been gradually applied in temporary buildings and other small and medium-sized building structures and construction.They have outstanding advantages in environmental protection,economy,and ease of disassembly and assembly.Among them,the most common structural type of paper tube construction has many in Japan,which has played an important role in post-disaster rescue and refugee resettlement,and has a relatively broad application prospect.For the basic material thin wallpaper tube(paper tube)of the paper temporary construction structure,its basic mechanical properties such as compression,tension,bending,and shearing are particularly important for the safety of the design and use of the building structure.However,there is currently no standard and scientific test method for how to accurately and effectively obtain various mechanical properties of paper tube materials.Drawing lessons from the test methods of rock,concrete and other building materials,using a testing machine and strain measurement method to perform uniaxial compression and deformation tests on the thin wallpaper tube material,effectively obtaining the uniaxial compression strength and elastic modulus of the thin wallpaper tube,and also a brief analysis of the deformation and failure characteristics of the paper tube under uniaxial compression can provide accurate and reasonable parameters for the subsequent structural design and use of thin wallpaper tube buildings.
