摘要
化学转化膜是金属与介质形成的化合物,不同基材导辊配合不同化学转化膜对光学薄膜的生产存在不同影响。通过机械处理化学转化膜形成不同表面粗糙度,对光学薄膜的生产影响也较明显。通过优先导辊基材,配合不同化学转化膜,并通过机械处理化学转化膜形成不同的表面粗糙度,制作的导辊用于光学薄膜生产,降低对光学薄膜生产的影响,改善光学薄膜表观质量。
Chemical conversion film is a compound formed by metal and medium,and different substrate guide rollers with different chemical conversion films have different effects on the production of optical films.The formation of different surface roughness through mechanical treatment of chemical conversion film has obvious influence on the production of optical film.By prioritizing the base material of the guide roller,matching with different chemical conversion films,and forming different surface roughness through mechanical treatment of the chemical conversion film,the produced guide roller is used for the production of optical films,reducing the impact on the production of optical films and improving the appearance of optical films quality.
