“十四五”河北省商贸物流产业转型升级的思路与路径探讨

An Exploration of Thoughts and Paths on the Transformation and Upgrading of Hebei’s Commercial and Trade Logistics Industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan

"十三五"与"十四五"之交新冠疫情肆虐,叠加百年未有之大变局,河北省商贸物流产业大转型大提升的思路与途径发生了重大变化,必须审时度势,及时调整发展策略。本文分析了当前严峻国内外形势对未来全省商贸物流产业发展带来的机遇与挑战,围绕"建设全国现代商贸物流重要基地"的新目标,认为新时期应在提高河北省数字贸易产业在全国的站位、打造我国北方地区最大的进口商品交易平台、着力引进商贸物流产业优质发展要素等方面加大推进力度。

The raging COVID-19 Epidemic at the turn of the"13 th Five-Year Plan"and the"14 th Five-Year Plan",superimposed by changes unseen in a century,forces Hebei’s commercial and trade logistics industry to undergo significant changes of thoughts on its great transformation and improvement,thus there is a need to size up the situation and timely adjust the development strategy.This paper analyzes opportunities and challenges that the current severe domestic and overseas situations will bring to the future development of Hebei’s commercial and trade logistics industry,and centering around the new goal of"building an important national base for modern commerce and trade logistics",concludes that more efforts of advancement should be made in heightening the position of Hebei’s digital trade industry across the country,building the largest import commodity trading platform in the north of China,and striving to introduce fine-quality development elements of commercial and trade logistics industry,etc.in the new era.
