某固体发动机推进剂加速老化及自然贮存解剖试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对机载战术导弹发动机的长寿命使用要求,开展了固体推进剂高温加速老化试验和发动机自然贮存解剖试验,并分别测试了固体推进剂在不同环境温度下的力学性能,对比了高温加速老化和发动机自然贮存老化之间的差异。结果表明,该固体推进剂在高温加速老化和长期自然贮存后,最大延伸率均明显下降,发动机自然贮存13 a后,推进剂的延伸率略优于高温加速等效老化13 a的试验结果。此外,发现采用常规拉伸速率下测试固体推进剂老化后的性能存在一定的局限性,建议增加固体推进剂围压力学性能测试,有利于推进剂老化后性能的评判。 In response to the long-life requirements of airborne tactical missile motor,both accelerated aging tests of solid propellants at high temperature and dissection of natural storage motors were conducted.The mechanical properties of the solid propellants at different temperatures were tested separately,and the difference between accelerated aging at high temperature and natural storage aging was analyzed.The results show that the maximum elongation of solid propellants decreased significantly under high temperature accelerated aging and long-term natural storage.,while the mechanical properties of propellants after natural storage 13 years are better than the test results of the equivalent high temperature accelerated aging for 13 years.Besides there may be some limitations in the mechanical test results of aging propellants under conventional tensile speed.It is suggested that the uniaxial tensile test under ambient pressure should be operated to evaluate the mechanical properties of aged solid propellants for a better result.
