基于曲率模态变化率的复合材料梁脱层损伤识别 被引量:4

摘要 利用曲率模态(curvature mode shape,CMS)和曲率模态变化率(curvature mode shape change rate,CMSI)探讨了复合材料梁结构脱层损伤识别方法,运用有限元仿真方法,对具有单损伤、多损伤和不同损伤程度的复合材料梁结构进行模态分析,获取其模态参数,并对两种方法识别敏感性进行对比。仿真结果表明,CMS和CMSI在损伤位置发生突变,通过突变可识别出损伤的位置和大小,并且能够对结构中的多损伤进行识别;CMS和CMSI突变极端差异随着损伤程度的增加而增大,CMS和CMSI的突变极差值随着损伤程度的增加而增大,说明CMS和CMSI具有定量识别损伤程度的能力;与CMS相比,CMSI对复合材料梁结构损伤识别更为敏感。 The method of nondestructive testing of composite beams is discussed by using curvature mode shape(CMS)and curvature mode shape change rate(CMSI).Using finite element simulation method,The modal parameters of composite beams with single damage,multiple damage and different degree of damage were obtained,and the recognition sensitivity of the two damage indexes was compared.The results show:the location and size and multiple damage of the damage can be diagnosed.The transverse coordinates can reflect the location of the damage,and the spacing of the mutated units can reflect the size of the damage;the mutation extreme difference of the CMS and CMSI were found to increase with increasing damage degree,demonstrating that the CMS and CMSI has the ability to quantitatively diagnose damage degree;Compared with the CMS,the CMSI is more sensitive to the composite beams damage.
