摘要
师资培养是质量兴教的根本,职业技术师范教育是孕育师资的摇篮,本文以职业技术师范教育现状为切入点,结合湖北职业技术师范教育发展必要性,提出本硕一贯制、由学校向企业拓展的“533”职业技术师范教育专业人才培养模式,通过政策引领、考核评价制度助推的职业技术师范专业健康发展,建立学术性、职业性和师范性均衡发展长效机制,有效推进湖北职业技术师范教育。
Teacher training is the foundation of quality education,and vocational and technical normal education is the cradle of teachers.This paper takes the current situation of Hubei Vocational and technical normal education as the starting point,combined with the necessity of Hubei vocational and technical normal education development,puts forward“533”vocational and technical normal education professional talent training mode,which is based on the consistent system of undergraduate and postgraduate,and expanded from school to enterprise.It is necessary to establish a longterm mechanism for the balanced development of academic,professional and teacher training,so as to effectively promote the vocational and technical normal education in Hubei Province.
