摘要
开展劳动创新型人才培养模式的探索与实践,目的是培养符合现代生产要求和劳动价值观的高职人才。以“一中心、五要素、六平台”为基本框架,在课程体系、师资队伍、教材与资源库、创新与实训平台等方面着力打造,同时提升劳动创新文化水平和国际化水平,构建人才培养模式的保障机制。
The exploration and practice of the training mode of labour innovative talents aims to cultivate higher vocational talents who meet the requirements of modern production and labor values.Taking“one center,five elements and six platforms”as the basic framework,we strive to build in the aspects of curriculum system,teaching staff,teaching materials and resource pool,innovation and training platform,etc.,while raising the level of labor innovation culture and internationalization,constructing the guarantee mechanism of talent training mode.
