快速城镇化和乡村振兴战略下偏远山区乡村的垃圾创新管理--以浙江临海为例

Intelligent Waste Management in Remote Mountainous Villages under Strategy of Rapid Urbanization and Rural Revitalization--A case study of Linhai,Zhejiang Province

快速的城镇化和工业化使人们的生活水平提高,随之产生了大量的垃圾。我国各地出现了垃圾围城和垃圾围村的现象。近年,从中央到地方政府都开始重视乡村垃圾问题,并采取了积极的行动。但是,山地乡村由于地处偏远、经济落后、人口稀少等各种因素,未能引起社会各界的重视,现处于政策和公众视线的盲点。本文以浙江南部的一个山地偏远村庄为例,进行数次实地踏勘,定性研究其垃圾处理情况。通过研究山地乡村的垃圾处理的困境、难点,比较其与普通乡村垃圾处理的异同点,发现山地乡村在垃圾处理方面有独特优势,如果加以科学治理,其比普通乡村垃圾处理更易解决。我们需要把握规律,探索针对山地乡村的垃圾处理模式。

The rapid urbanization and industrialization improved people's living standard,resulting in a large amount of garbage.The phenomenon of garbage encircling cities and villages has appeared all over our China.In recent years,both central and local governments have begun to pay attention to the problem of rural waste and taken positive actions.However,due to the remote geographical location,weak economy,sparsely settlements and other factors,mountain villages fail to attract attention from all walks of life,that are now in the blind spot of policy and public attention.In this paper,a remote mountain village in southern Zhejiang Province was taken as an example to carry out several field surveys to qualitatively study its waste disposal situation.By studying the difficulties of waste disposal in mountainous villages,and comparing the similarities and differences between remote mountainous villages and ordinary villages,it is found that remote mountainous villages have unique advantages in waste disposal,which can be solved better than ordinary villages if treated in right way.We need to grasp the nature of it and explore the mode of waste disposal for mountainous villages.
