刍议卒中后疲劳的脑-神-气一体观

Humble opinion of post-stroke fatigue:the theory of nao-shen-qi integration

卒中后疲劳(PSF)是脑卒中常见的并发症,也是脑卒中患者死亡的重要预测因素。基于脑-神-气一体观,从其病因病机探讨3者在疾病发生发展中的关系。张春红教授认为其病位在脑,主责脑、神、气,关乎心、肝、脾、肾,将其病机概括为窍闭神伤、神不导气、气不化神,提出“治脑,调神,运气”为治疗大法,以期为PSF的中医药治疗提供新思路。

Post-stroke fatigue(PSF)is a common complication of stroke and an important predictor of death in stroke patients.Based on the concept of nao-shen-qi integration,this paper discusses the relationship between the three factors in the development of PSF from their physiological and pathological aspect.Professor ZHANG Chunhong considers that the focal position is brain,mainly concerned with the changes of the nao,shen,qi,moreover is related to the heart,liver,spleen and kidney.The pathogenesis of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine,is summarized as the shen was injured because of the qiao closing,and the shen could not guide the qi,and the shen was not sufficiently produced with the lack of qi.Based on this theory,this paper proposes a principle of treatment‘zhinao,tiaoshen,yunqi’to provide a new direction of traditional Chinese medical treatment for PSF.
