摘要 设计一套粮食烘干机温度控制系统,以粮食烘干机水分测量系统为前置,用于谷物类粮食烘干过程中的变温控制。温度控制核心为STM32F103C8T6单片机,依靠步进电机驱动单元对可控硅调压器完成功率控制。绘制出PCB(Printed Circuit Board)板的布局布线,完成控制系统制作并进行联调测试。基于粮食烘干机水分测量系统提供的实时温湿度、粮食含水量数据,单片机判断干燥状态,进而控制加热功率,最终实现自动化、节能、高品质的粮食干燥目标。 A set of temperature control system of grain dryer was designed.The system takes the moisture measurement system of grain dryer as the front end,which can be used for the variable temperature control of grain drying process.The core of temperature control is STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer,and the power control of the SCR regulator is accomplished by the driving unit of stepping motor.At present,the layout and wiring of printed circuit board have been drawn,the control system has been made and coordinated testing has been carried out.Based on the real-time data of temperature and humidity and moisture content of grain provided by the moisture measurement system of grain dryer,the single-chip computer can judge the drying state and then control the heating power.Finally achieve automation,energy-saving,high-quality grain drying target.
