Research on the Construction Strategy of Junior High School Teaching and Research Group under New Curriculum Reform—Taking Construction of Teaching and Research Group of Dalian No.76 Junior High School as an Example

教研组作为学校基层管理实体,承载着学科规划、教学研究、新课改实践、提升教师专业素养的重任,在学校教学工作中发挥着举足轻重的作用。结合目前新课改的背景,以大连市第七十六中学教研组建设为例,探讨初中教研组加强制度建设、文化建设的具体策略与方法。

As a basic management entity of a school, the teaching and research group has the important duty of subject planning, teaching research, new curriculum reform practice and improving teachers’ professional quality, and plays a decisive role in the school teaching work. Combined with the background of the new curriculum reform, taking the construction of teaching and research group of Dalian No.76 Junior High School as an example, this paper discusses the specific strategies and methods of strengthening the system construction and cultural construction of the teaching and research group of junior high schools.
