从建制到育人的历史教研组建设策略

摘要 "十三五"期间,大连市第三十八中学历史教研组以教研组制度建设为保障,依托"问题化学习"校本研修实践和课题研究,重视提炼教学与科研成果,不断进行教学理念的更新和创新,坚持立德树人的学科育人价值,形成了"生命成长历史课堂"模式的教研组品牌特色,取得了丰硕的教育、教学及科研成果,构建出了清晰的教研组发展路径。 During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, the history teaching and research group of Dalian No.38 Middle School took the system construction of teaching and research group as the guarantee, relying on the school-based research practice and subject research of"problem-based learning", attaching importance to refining teaching and scientific research achievements, constantly updating and innovating teaching ideas, and adhering to the discipline education value of cultivating morality and talents. It has formed the brand characteristics of"life growth history classroom"mode, achieved fruitful education, teaching and scientific research results,and constructed a clear development path of teaching and research group.
