摘要
针对金融舆情发生的原因,应制定相应措施有效避免和防范。特别应树立舆情应对“一盘棋”的观念,按照前不久监管部门出台的《银行保险机构声誉风险管理办法(试行)》,主动完善运行机制体制。同时,也要高度重视舆情处置模拟演练,只有日常勤下功夫,方能危机前不乱方寸。
In recent years,negative public sentiment about financial services has shown a trend of occurring at multiple points and with higher frequency,co-occurrence of multiple events and recurrence.It is not uncommon that a small number of incidents have evolved into major negative public sentiment due to improper handling in recent years.The relevant handling experience and lessons are worthy of summary and study.Based on his own rich experience and keen observation and analysis of the causes of negative public sentiment in the financial sector,the author points out five major pain points that are often ignored in dealing with negative public sentiment of the financial sector.
