探讨经消化内镜治疗胃十二指肠出血的疗效及安全性

Discussion on the efficacy and safety of gastroduodenal hemorrhage treated by digestive endoscopy

目的探究经消化内镜治疗胃十二指肠出血的疗效及安全性。方法 60例胃十二指肠出血患者,随机分为研究组与参照组,各30例。参照组应用消化内镜注射止血治疗,研究组实施消化内镜氩离子凝固术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生率、治疗情况、生活质量。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.67%高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率3.33%低于参照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术中出血量少于参照组,止血时间短于参照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组生活质量评分(92.84±5.79)分高于参照组的(83.18±5.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃十二指肠出血患者应用消化内镜氩离子凝固术治疗,能够缩短治疗时间,改善生活质量,治疗效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of gastroduodenal hemorrhage treated by digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastroduodenal hemorrhage were randomly divided into research group and reference group,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with endoscopic injection hemostasis,and the research group was treated with endoscopic argon plasma coagulation.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of complications,treatment status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 96.67%of the research group was higher than 80.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 3.33%of the research group was lower than 20.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the research group was less than that of reference group,hemostasis time was shorter than that of reference group,and visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score(92.84±5.79)points of the research group was higher than(83.18±5.67)points of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic argon plasma coagulation shows remarkable effect on patients with gastroduodenal hemorrhage,and it can shorten treatment time and improve quality of life.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
