电热风FS疗法治疗纤维肌痛症患者的效果

Effect of electric hot air FS therapy on patients with fibromyalgia

目的观察电热风FS疗法治疗纤维肌痛症患者的效果。方法 60例纤维肌痛症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及实验组,各30例。对照组接受常规中药口服治疗,实验组在对照组基础上行电热风FS疗法治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的皮温,不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率83.33%高于对照组的56.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的腰部、腋部皮温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的腰部皮温(33.91±1.54)℃、腋部皮温(33.30±1.65)℃均明显高于对照组的(31.27±1.44)、(31.65±1.38)℃,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组均无严重不良反应发生,仅有恶心、头痛等轻微不良反应。实验组患者的不良反应发生率为10.00%(3/30),与对照组的16.67%(5/30)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.577, P=0.448>0.05)。结论电热风FS疗法应用于纤维肌痛症,可明显改善患者的压痛等临床症状,治疗效果显著,安全性好,有助于提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of electric hot air FS therapy on patients with fibromyalgia.Methods A total of 60 patients with fibromyalgia were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional oral Chinese medicine treatment,and the experimental group received electric hot air FS therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,skin temperature before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 83.33%of the experimental group was higher than 56.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in skin temperature of waist and armpit between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the skin temperature of waist and armpit of the experimental group were(33.91±1.54)and(33.30±1.65)℃,which were obviously higher than(31.27±1.44)and(31.65±1.38)℃of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups,only mild adverse reactions such as nausea and headache.The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 10.00%(3/30),which had no statistically significant difference compared with 16.67%(5/30)of the control group(χ^(2)=0.577,P=0.448>0.05).Conclusion Electric hot air FS therapy has remarkable therapeutic effect on patients with fibromyalgia,and it can obviously improve the symptoms of pressure pain with high safety,improve therapeutic effect,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
