摘要
目的探讨血常规联合C反应蛋白(CRP)检验在小儿感染类型鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 60例儿科感染患儿,根据感染类型分为细菌组和病毒组,各30例。两组患儿均行CRP检验、血常规检验以及血常规联合CRP检验。对比两组患儿白细胞计数(WBC)和CRP水平, WBC和CRP异常率;对比细菌组患儿不同检验方式的检测阳性率。结果细菌组患儿的WBC及CRP水平分别为(15.63±1.24)×10^(9)/L、(36.43±1.15)mg/L,均明显高于病毒组的(6.92±1.05)×10^(9)/L、(4.57±1.18)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌组患儿WBC和CRP检验异常率分别为60.00%、73.33%,均明显高于病毒组的0、3.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌组患儿的血常规联合CRP检验阳性率为93.33%,明显高于CRP检验的73.33%及血常规检验的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将血常规联合CRP检验应用于儿科感染检验中能够有效鉴别小儿感染类型,值得临床采纳。
Objective To discuss the value of blood routine test combined with C-reactive protein(CRP)test in differential diagnosis of the types of pediatric infections.Methods A total of 60 cases of pediatric infection were divided into bacterial group and virus group according to the types of infection,with 30 cases in each group.All children underwent CRP test,blood routine test,and blood routine combined with CRP test.Comparison was made on white blood cell count(WBC),CRP,abnormal rate of WBC and CRP between the two groups,and positive rate of different test methods in the bacterial group.Results The WBC and CRP of bacterial group were(15.63±1.24)×10^(9)/L and(36.43±1.15)mg/L,which were obviously higher than(6.92±1.05)×10^(9)/L and(4.57±1.18)mg/L of virus group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of WBC and CRP in bacterial group were 60.00%and 73.33%,which were obviously higher than 0 and 3.33%of virus group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In bacterial group,the positive rate of blood routine combined with CRP test was 93.33%,which was obviously higher than 73.33%of CRP test and 60.00%of blood routine test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of CRP and blood routine can effectively distinguish types of pediatric infection,and it is worthy of clinical adoption.
