普萘洛尔与奥美拉唑联合治疗肝硬化合并胃溃疡患者的效果观察

Observation on effect of propranolol combined with omeprazole in the treatment of liver cirrhosis complicated with gastric ulcer

目的探讨普萘洛尔结合奥美拉唑在癌肝硬化合并胃溃疡治疗中的应用效果。方法 128例肝硬化合并胃溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组64例。对照组应用奥美拉唑及维生素B6治疗,观察组应用普萘洛尔结合奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率及胃溃疡出血发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.32%高于对照组的84.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组胃溃疡出血发生率3.13%低于对照组的15.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.885, P=0.015<0.05)。结论给予肝硬化合并胃溃疡患者普萘洛尔结合奥美拉唑治疗,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,降低胃溃疡出血发生率,值得应用、推广。

Objective To discuss the practical effect of propranolol combined with omeprazole in the treatment of liver cirrhosis complicated with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 128 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with gastric ulcer were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole and vitamin B6,and the observation group was treated with propranolol and omeprazole.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and gastric ulcer bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.32%of the observation group was higher than 84.38%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of gastric ulcer bleeding 3.13%of the observation group was lower than 15.63%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.885,P=0.015<0.05).Conclusion Combination of propranolol and omeprazole helps improve the therapeutic effect of patients with liver cirrhosis and gastric ulcer,and lower the incidence of gastric ulcer bleeding.It is worthy of promotion and applications.
