阿帕替尼联合替吉奥与阿帕替尼二线治疗晚期胃癌的疗效比较

Efficacy comparison of apatinib combined with tegafur and apatinib in the second-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的比较阿帕替尼联合替吉奥与阿帕替尼二线治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法 128例晚期胃癌患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组64例。研究组采用阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗,对照组采用阿帕替尼治疗。比较两组治疗后血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)及肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)水平及临床疗效、毒副反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组血清CEA、CA19-9、TSGF水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有效率及临床获益率分别为50.0%、85.9%,均明显高于对照组的32.8%、70.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与阿帕替尼单药治疗相比,阿帕替尼联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌可获得更好的临床疗效,且安全耐受。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of apatinib combined with tegafur and apatinib in the second-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 128 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 64 cases in each group.The research group was treated with apatinib combined with tegafur,and the control group was treated with apatinib.The serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)after treatment,clinical efficacy and occurrence of side effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum CEA,CA19-9,TSGF of the research group were obviously lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate and clinical benefit rate of the research group were 50.0%and 85.9%,which were obviously higher than 32.8%and 70.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with apatinib monotherapy,combination of apatinib and tegafur can achieve better clinical efficacy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with high safety and tolerance.
