米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis

目的分析子宫内膜异位症的特点,评价米非司酮药物治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法 60例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采取孕三烯酮胶囊治疗,观察组采取米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后性激素指标[黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)]水平。结果治疗6个月后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组患者LH、FSH、E2、P水平分别为(5.50±2.05)U/L、(7.01±2.10)U/L、(146.05±50.50)pg/ml、(114.50±50.60)nmol/L,均低于对照组的(8.20±2.05)U/L、(8.10±1.20)U/L、(230.50±60.50)pg/ml、(150.50±60.50)nmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症效果显著,可以加速患者病情康复,改善性激素水平,且安全性理想。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of endometriosis and evaluate the effect of mifepristone in the treatment of sex hormones.Methods A total of 60 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gestrinone capsules,and the observation group was treated with mifepristone.The therapeutic effect,sex hormone indexes[luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,E2,P of the observation group were(5.50±2.05)U/L,(7.01±2.10)U/L,(146.05±50.50)pg/ml,(114.50±50.60)nmol/L,which were lower than(8.20±2.05)U/L,(8.10±1.20)U/L,(230.50±60.50)pg/ml,(150.50±60.50)nmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone shows remarkable effect on endometriosis,and it can accelerate the recovery of the patient’s condition,improve the level of sex hormones,and has ideal safety.
