雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合药物在异常子宫出血治疗中的应用效果

The practical effect of estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding

目的探讨雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合药物在异常子宫出血(AUB)患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 110例异常子宫出血患者,采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组55例。对照组应用戊酸雌二醇片治疗,观察组应用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、患者治疗前后的血红蛋白水平及月经量。结果治疗后,观察组的血红蛋白水平(117.97±8.65)g/L高于对照组的(109.32±8.14)g/L,月经量(82.97±5.68)ml少于对照组的(88.36±6.73)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率98.18%高于对照组的85.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率5.45%低于对照组的18.18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合药物治疗异常子宫出血能够有效减少患者出血量,且效果满意,不良反应发生率低。

Objective To discuss the practical effect of estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods A total of 110 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,and the observation group was treated with estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,hemoglobin level and menstrual volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin level(117.97±8.65)g/L of the observation group was higher than(109.32±8.14)g/L of the control group,and menstrual volume(82.97±5.68)ml was less than(88.36±6.73)ml of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 98.18%of the observation group was higher than 85.45%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 5.45%of the observation group was lower than 18.18%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets shows satisfactory effect on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,and it can can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,and the adverse reaction rate is low.
