摘要
全球首个抗核因子κB受体活化体配体(receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand,RANKL)单抗类药物地舒单抗于2020年被中国药品监督管理局(National Medical Products Administration,NMPA)批准上市,为我国绝经后女性骨质疏松症的治疗提供了新的选择。本文综述了地舒单抗药学性质,更新相关临床试验结果,并介绍其在真实世界中的应用效果,以期为临床绝经后女性骨质疏松症治疗提供参考。
In 2020,denosumab was approved by National Medical Products Administration(NMPA)as the first anti-receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand(RANKL)monoclonal antibody,providing a novel therapeutic option for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women in China.This review summarized the pharmaceutical properties of denosumab,updated the relevant data of its clinical trials,introduced its applications in the real world and provided references for the treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
