Exploration on the Path of Mental Health Education in Middle School from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要 将关注人类幸福感与优势的积极心理学系统应用到中小学心理健康教育工作具有理论意义和实践意义。在积极心理学理念的引领下,广州市执信中学形成了三路径的特色“润心工程”:设计“问候心灵”系列心育课程,培育学生的积极品质;构建生涯指导体系,提升学生主动发展生涯的积极力量;构建多方心理护航体系,增值心理困境学生的心理资产。 It is of theoretical and practical significance to apply the positive psychology to the mental health education in primary and secondary schools.Guided by the concept of positive psychology,Zhixin High School has formed a characteristic"moistening soul project"with three paths,including top-level design of"greeting the heart"series of psychological courses to cultivate students'positive quality,constructing the career guidance system to improve students'active power of career development and the construction of positive organization of multi psychological escort value-added psychological assets of students in psychological dilemma.
