劳动教育体现了教育与劳动相结合的基本思想,具有树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值,是实现学生全面发展的重要途径。佛山市顺德区沙滘初级中学结合学校实际状况,把劳动教育纳入初中阶段人才培养过程中。具体来说,学校主要从以下几方面着手:一是把握育人导向,发挥学校共青团组织的核心作用;二是遵循教育规律,制定符合初中年龄特点的活动;三是因地制宜,挖掘岭南地区本土特色劳动教育;四是拓宽途径,强化劳动教育综合实施能力。

Labor education embodies the basic idea of the combination of education and labor.It has the comprehensive educational value of cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening body and nurturing sense of beauty.It is an important way to realize the all-round development of students.Shajiao Junior Middle school in Shunde District of Foshan combines the actual situation of the school and brings labor education into the process of talents training in junior middle school.Specifically,the school mainly starts from the following four aspects.First,stick to the education orientation to give full play to the leading role of the school Communist Youth League.The second is to follow the law of education and organize activities in line with the characteristics of student's age.The third is to explore the local characteristics of education according to local conditions.Fourth,broaden the way to strengthen the comprehensive implementation ability of labor education.
