摘要
公办校外教育机构教师专业成长中存在着方向不明确、路径不清晰、支持不充分的问题。造成上述问题的主要原因是校外教育概念和定位模糊、组织和管理机制不健全、经费投入不足。其根本性的解决策略是统一话语体系、理顺体制机制、加大经费投入,基于现实多方并举,发挥教师培训实效,建立学习共同体,创建支持性环境。
Teachers in public after-school educational institutions have faced many difficulties in their professional development,such as insufficient support,unclear direction and path,which are caused by the vague concept and orientation of after-school education,the unsound organization and management mechanism of the institutions,and insufficient investment of related training.The fundamental solution is to unify the discourse system,straighten out the system and mechanism,increase funding,give full play to the effectiveness of teacher training based on reality,and establish a learning community to create a supportive environment for teachers.
