不同含量ZnO纳米粒子对MoS_(2)纳米花SERS性能影响的研究

摘要 合成了ZnO纳米粒子(ZnO NPs)附着在MoS_(2)纳米花(MoS_(2)NFs)上的异质结纳米复合材料(MoS_(2)/ZnO NCs),该材料能够对内分泌干扰物(BPA)进行痕量检测.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试仪器对该复合材料的结构进行了表征,并且通过有机染料亚甲基蓝(MB)研究了不同物质的量比的MoS_(2)和ZnO的SERS活性.结果表明,MoS_(2)/ZnO1∶4表现出最优的SERS性能,MoS_(2)/ZnO1∶4作为SERS基底对BPA的检测灵敏度高且检测限低.该研究可以推动半导体基底在SERS领域的发展. The heterojunction nanocomposites(MoS_(2)/ZnO NCs)with ZnO nanoparticles(ZnO NPs)attached to MoS_(2)nanoflowers(MoS_(2)NFs)were synthesized,and the substrate materials could be used for trace detection of endocrine disruptors(BPA).The structure of substrate materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The SERS activities of MoS_(2)and ZnO in different molar ratios were studied by using organic dye methylene blue(MB).The results show that the MoS_(2)/ZnO1∶4 sample exhibits the best SERS performance.The MoS_(2)/ZnO1∶4 as SERS substrates have high detection sensitivity and low detection limit,which has promoted the development of semiconductor substrates.
