摘要
钢丝绳被广泛用于矿产、建筑、码头、军事等方面,随着社会的发展,已经成为社会生活生产不可缺少的部分。但是在大量运用的同时,也存在大量的风险,每年钢丝绳事故频发,所以钢丝绳的缺陷检测研究具有保护人身和财产安全的意义。在了解漏磁原理的理论基础上建立了等效磁偶极子模型,在数据处理上选择了小波工具箱,运用小波来对数据进行降噪,验证了小波的去噪效果,得出Db小波系数效果最佳。
Wire rope is widely used in mining,construction,wharf,military,etc.With the development of society,it has become an indispensable part of social life and production.However,there are also a lot of risks in extensive use.Wire rope accidents occur frequently every year,so the research on wire rope defect detection has the meaning of protecting the safety of people and property.In this paper,an equivalent magnetic dipole model is established on the basis of understanding the principle of magnetic flux leakage,and the wavelet toolbox is selected for data processing.Using wavelet to denoise the data,the denoising effect of wavelet is verified,and the Db wavelet coefficient is the best.
