摘要 汽轮发电机组为企业生产提供稳定的电能,必须安全、可靠地运行。为了及时发现设备运行的安全隐患和预防发生恶性事故,需要在线实时监测汽轮发电机组运行的状态。针对汽轮发电机组恶劣的运行环境,设计了ARM-FPGA架构的异构多通道数据采集系统。基于“流水线”的思想,提出一种并行数据采集控制策略提高多通道数据采集的速度。实验表明,本装置的精度、实时性和稳定性均满足应用需要。该系统已成功应用于汽轮发电机组的在线监测中,为汽轮发电机组的长期稳定运行提供了保障。 The steam turbine generator set(STGS)must operate safely and reliably to provide stable electric energy for enterprise production.To find out the potential danger of equipment operation and prevent the occurrence of malignant accidents,i t is necessary to online monitor the status of STGS.Aiming at the harsh operating environment of STGS,a multi-channel data acquisition system is designed based on ARM-FPGA heterogeneous architecture.To improve the speed of multi-channel data acquisition,a parallel data acquisition control strategy based on the idea of“pipeline”is proposed.The experimental results show that its accuracy,real-time performance and stability meets the application requirements.The device has been successfully used in the on-line monitoring of the STGS,which provides a guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the STGS.
