摘要
在缺血修饰白蛋白的测定中有很多有效手段,一些应用其他高新技术的测定方法很容易受到时间的影响,分子活性不稳定,导致该测定方法的实用性比较差。针对这一问题,提出全自动生化分析仪在缺血修饰白蛋白测定中的应用。在确定缺血修饰白蛋白测定项目后,建立测定项目调度模型,计算缺血修饰白蛋白测定项目的执行时间和各项目之间的执行间隔时间,依据这两份数据计算项目执行总时间,采用基于顺序表示的grefenstette编码和解码方法调度各项目,使项目调度达到最优,同时该仪器自动捕获误差反馈信号,及时校正测定精密度。实验结果表明:在实验条件一定的情况下,应用全自动生化分析仪的测定方法具有更好的敏感性和更高的精密度,其偏差也均在0.5以下,其整体实用性能够满足实际应用需求。
There are many effective methods in the determination of ischemic modified albumin.Some of the methods using other high-tech methods are easily affected by time and the molecular activity is unstable,which leads to the poor practicability of the determination method.To solve this problem,the application of automatic biochemical analyzer in the determination of ischemic modified albumin was proposed.In determining the determination of ischemia modified albumin project,determined project scheduling model is established,and the calculation of ischemia modified albumin between the determination of the execution time of the project and the project execution time interval,the overall project execution time is obtained,the two data grefenstette encoding and decoding method based on order scheduling of each project is used to make project scheduling to achieve the optimal,the instrument automatically capture error feedback signals at the same time,t imely corrective measure precision.The experimental results show that under certain experimental conditions,the determination method of automatic biochemical analyzer has better sensitivity and higher precision,and its deviation is below 0.5,and its overall practicability can meet the needs of practical application.
